Policies, Terms and Conditions


If you cancel your reservation 14 days before you are to arrive, you will be responsible to pay one nights stay.

If you cancel your reservation 7 days before you are to arrive, you will be responsible to pay for your entire stay that you have reserved.

A deposit is required of one nights stay for all reservations. There is a two night minimum booking for weekends, Friday and Saturday nights during high season (May to October).

If you are making a reservation for more than two nights, you will be required to send a deposit for two nights stay.

If you have to cancel and the room is rebooked, your deposit will be returned.



This is an adult oriented property. Children 11 and older are welcome.
Pets are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Check in is between 4 and 6 pm unless otherwise arranged at time of booking.
Should you need to change the check in time or if you are delayed on route you must
notify us otherwise there may not be anyone available upon your arrival.
Check out time is 11:00 am.
Coffee and water are available throughout the day in the dining room.
Breakfast is served at 9:00 am.
Rooms are cleaned and serviced daily.
Food restrictions are to be submitted with reservation.
No one other than registered guests are allowed to use or stay at the property.
